1) All reservations require a security deposit of CAN $500.00.

2) Reservations for stays 30 days or less require full payment upon arrival.

3) Stays less than 30 days are subject to taxes (5% GST).

4) Standard prices apply to 1-2 guests per suite type (a), or 1-3 guests per suite type (b), or 1-4 guests per suite type (c), or 1-5 guests per suite type (d). A charge of $10.00 applies to each and every additional guest.

5) Standard Check in Time: 05.00 pm. - 11.00 pm. on arrival date.

6) Standard Check out Time: 10.00 am. on departure date.

7) All published rates are subject to change without notice.

8) Non-Smoking policy: For our guest's enjoyment, all our furnished suites are non-smoking. In addition, the City of Toronto by-laws prohibit smoking in all common areas of the building including stairwells and amenities..

9) The possibility of placement with pets is discussed in each case.

10) Cancellation - Early Departure policy: a) Prior to arrival date, there is a 3 night rate charge plus applicable taxes. This applies on a confirmed reservation secured with deposit. b) In the event of any changes to the departure date during the occupancy of the furnished suite we requires thirty (30) days written notice.
